This is the area for those aspects of working with aid agencies that lead to the most frustration. They are all commonly targeted for rants and raves on a variety of sites. Although there is an element of ranting in this section, the focus of the argument remains on the fact that all these areas have problems because of the failure to see beyond the categories used for targeting by aid agencies.
